I go to the gym 5 times a week and work my legs and feet hard. I was experiencing sharp, sudden pain in the ball of my foot and a podiatrist suggested cortisone injections. My friend suggested Docpods. I went for the docpods and since putting them in my
shoes I have experienced no pain at all. I can now do as many zumba classes as I wish!

I have been undertaking both accupuncture and chiropractic sessions for foot, leg, knee and hip pain and have had minor improvements but my Docpods, WOW what can I say but THANK YOU! Since using Docpods I have a painless sleep at night, I can stand and walk all day and I no longer have daily headaches. My hero Docpods, I can't walk without you.

I had a foot operation in October 2009 which made walking very painful. I tried several innersoles to alleviate the discomfort but none did the job until I tried Docpods. They have made a remarkable difference to getting me back on two feet! Thanks so much!

Before Docpods, I had serious problems with my feet, knees, hips and lower back. On a regular basis, I would get stress fractures in the 5th metatarsels of both feet. I have had 2 knee reconstructions, and am about to go in for a 3rd (it turns out Docpods do absolutely nothing for direct impacts on the knee joints – who would have thought?). My hipflexors were regularly so tight that was painful to sit, walk or stand. My lower back was constantly in pain, as it was compensating for all these problems. I am very active, playing hockey and soccer at high levels on a regular basis. I have (and am about to again) participated in a 100km bushwalk for charity twice before. I also receive remedial massage every 2 weeks to try to iron out the problems my feet cause. Since I started using Docpods, I have not had a single stress fracture in my metatarsels, my ankles and knees feel more stable, and my massage therapist has commented on the massive improvement in my hips, lower back and even my neck and shoulders. I no longer get pain in the balls of my feet when I walk long distances. I have just ordered another pair from the website, for my upcoming 100km trek. I know my feet will be in safe hands. Thank you so much Docpods for my now painfree lifestyle!

Being a tall, solid built male who pounds his feet by bushwalking eg Kokoda Trail or in the Blue Mountains as well as standing for much of each day whilst at work. These products make my feet feel renewed rather than tired at the end of each day I wear them!

After desperately searching for answers from costly podiatrists and neurologists, the only relief I have found is from DOCPODS which have not only saved my feet but my sanity. I do not leave home without them!

I used to get really bad shin splints so decided to buy a pair of Doc Pods for my gym shoes. I have been wearing Docpods now for over a year now and am totally hoooked. They are so comfortable and no more shin splints.

I work 12 hour shifts on an oil rig with steel cap work boots - my feet were killing me at the end of the day. These inner soles make my footwear more comfortable and have alleviated the pain I was experiencing.

Finally - no more pain after 5k's of running. Very happy even after day 5 of wearing them. For anyone else buying - just make sure your shoes have removable insoles so you can replace with the docpods ones.
