There are many ways you can fit orthotics into your shoes regardless of their types.
The question we’re often asked is “What shoes can we fit orthotics into?” and this is another good question.
Orthotics tend to fit and work the best in shoes with a deep heel counter and then a lace up where you can adjust them in some way to your foot. Now with that said, our sports and full length innersoles fit best into sports shoes and lace up shoes or work boots. We also have a range of orthotics that are slim fit or slim line orthotics that will fit in to a ladies’ dress or ladies’ fashion shoe.
These orthotics have been trimmed down so that they don’t have the standard bulk of a regular orthotic but they’ll fit into a ladies’ shoe to give some level of support however the best fit and the best support for an orthotic is in a full length lace up shoe with a deep heel counter, bends in the correct location.
We’ve also got another video on what kind of shoes are good shoe and you’ll be able to see that. We’ll link that in the description of this video.
