Our orthotics can be worn at all times as they are supportive, not corrective. This means you'll be getting comfort and support every time you wear them without any level of irritation.
A common question that we’re asked is “How often should I be wearing my orthotics?” and this is a great question.
To get the most benefit out of your orthotics, you should be wearing them all the time that you’re on your feet. So this means, the whole time you’re standing, you’re supported, and you’re not overusing or overloading your feet.
For example, if you’re a store man and you’re working on your feet all day then it’s best to have them under your feet all day, however if you’re at home watching tv on the couch and you’re not weight bearing and you’re not on your feet then you gain no benefit from the orthotics at all.
Generally, we’d say wear your orthotics as much as you practically you can and then you get the most benefit out of them.
