How long do orthotics last?

Orthotics durability can be dependant on how much use and what types of use you put them through. Typically, orthotics should be replaced when you go to replace your shoes.

A common question we hear from our customers is “how long will orthotics last?” and this is a great question.

Orthotics last approximately twelve months or about a thousand kilometres of wearing depending on your size and activity level. A larger person who’s traveling further in their orthotics, that will wear out more quickly however a small person who is not running as much, that will take longer to wear out but as a general elastic, a year and about a thousand kilometres.
