How can orthotic innersole help both high and low arched feet?
Our orthotics allow feet to sit in a neutral position without over correcting. Low arches will receive the full support and contact from the orthotic, where as high arches will receive support from the cushioning points at the toe and heel.
A question we’re often asked is “How do our orthotic innersole support both the high and low arched feet?” and this is a great question.
Say for example that you have a low arched foot then your arch is actually low enough to contact medial latch support of the orthotic and this will support the foot and it will also benefit from the cushioning aspects of the orthotic. Our orthotics hold your foot in a neutral position so if your arches are too high to contact the orthotic then they will never over-correct the foot as they have a zero degree wedge so a high arch foot will benefit more from the cushioning aspects of the orthotic but they will never be over-corrected.
