I purchased a new pair of high heals shoes for winter. I had them on for an hour and had to take them off because they hurt the ball of my foot. I then went and purchases a pair ofsolemates sodt steps and was able to wear my new shoes for the rest of the

As a person who does not wear a lot of high heels & has had a broken ankle,I purchased DOCPODS to put into my high heels so I could wear them all day at the races.I had them on all day with no discomfort at all. Thankyou DOCPODS!

Solemates have helped my feet feel much better in the new shoes that I have bought. I am currently wearing my shoes in as I have a big show to preform so I do not want to have sore feet at the end of this. Very Good

I am a preschool teacher and am on my feet all day. I have flat feet, so my feet ache badly at the end of each day. Now I use DOCPODS and my feet are pain free. I will be confident using soft steps in my wedding shoes in April

I have been wearing flat shoes on advice from a physic for more than five years with even the smallest heels causing leg and back pain but with Docpods I am now back in the wedges and heels I love pain free. thank you!

Docpods stop my feet from getting sore after a busy day at work, because of the couching relief under the ball of my feet. I was then able to go out for a well deserved drink and dance with the girls instead of going home to soak my feet. Thank you Docpods.

My Rhumatic Feet need TLC So I bought a pair of Soft Steps So I could wear my Dress Shoes. They hold my feet firm in the shoes - no sliding off or down. They made a huge difference and my feet were comfortable for a change

I really can't believe the immediate difference the Soft Steps have made! They not only keep my feet from slipping in my shoes, but support the arch of my foot, preventing aching calves at the end of the day. They're a winner!

I have extremely difficult feet to fit for shoes, bunions on both feet, which are very painful. Wearing dressy evening sandals is not usually an option but with DocPods my feet no longer slip and slide so I can be comfortable and look trendy as well!

i dont wear high heals as i have to wear orthotics but i fell in love with a pair and the store recommended solemates to me and after wearing them for the entire night at a Christmas party my feet were not all that sore. thankyou docpods

I had terrible trouble with the balls of my feet burning as a result of wearing my favourite pair of heels for longer than about 3 hours. This made wearing them to work or special occasions painful! Since I have added soft steps they are comfy as. Now I REALLY love them :D

I've always had problems with slipping shoes because my foot is a size 5,51/2.Since using either Solemates soft steps or slip grips I now can wear shoes comfortably and confidently.Thanks Solemates!!

Casual life style on the Gold Coast means, I rarely wear heals. Foot pillow gel innersoles are the absolute best when I attended a wedding and wore heels! I was pleasantly suprised how great my feet felt all night. What a fantastic addition to any wardrobe.

Since retiring and not having to wear walk shoes anymore as I was always on my feet, I now love to shop.I purchased a pair of slingback sandals,but soon discovered that with stockings my foot slipped too far forward, the problem was solved with solemates soft steps as they also cushioned the ball of my foot.Now I can spring into a lot more shops quicker

I love these gel cushions. I've tried Party Feet but their lumpy design made the whole ball of my feet hurt. But these Solemates are really soft and stick well to my shoes. Also, the grippy bumps are small enough that you can't feel them. Wonderful! I now put these in all my heels!

Half way through my pregnancy I've been told that I shouldn't be wearing high heels any more. As a high heels addict I must say, even I was feeling a little uncomfortable with the extra weight on the ball of my feet. After my recent purchase of Solemates, I can say that the pressure has reduced substantially and I'll be on my feet in my favourite high heels for months to come!

I've had back pain for a year, then suddenly developed heel pain. Since purchasing Docpods 30 days ago, my heel pain is on the mend, and to my surprise, so is my back pain.

i just had my yr 10 formal last week. i found myself the perfect high heels. but there was one problem, i had narrow feet so they slipped off some times durling practise. i had other inner soles in them but they were not doing the job. so i asked my mum to buy me some more. thats when she came home with solemates. my feet didnt slip out once on the big night ;)

Though I was wearing such high heels for the first time the whole day,with these soft steps it was very easy to walk as I was on my feet full time.Highly recommended as there was no pain in the feet.Very Comfortable.

Wearing steel capped work boots in a hospital kitchen takes its toll and I'm constantly on the move. Docpods make a noticeable difference to my tired tootsies at the end of the day .

I love dressing up with high heeled shoes for work, but before Docpods innersoles, I couldn't wear these shoes for extended periods of time. I always had a lower back pain when I walked around the office in my shoes. Using Solemates Soft Steps by Docpods has eliminated my backache and I am enjoying strutting around in my high heels.
